Larissa May, a social media expert, will guide you through the do’s and don’ts and help you create a “killer” profile. Learn how to use social media and the general public’s obsession with instant imagery to your advantage.
About the instructor:
Larissa May is a creative consultant, fashion blogger, and founder of @HALFTHESTORY, an Instagram project that challenges the status quo of social media, by encouraging users to utilize the platform to gain support around entrepreneurship, innovation, and authentic storytelling. She began her digital pursuit with her blog Livin’ Like Larz and fell in love with the art of “social storytelling.” What began as a favorite past time evolved into a lifestyle – @livinlikelarz. Larz has worked with artists in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Nashville, Paris, London, and Oslo. She has been a fashion week correspondent for AOL lifestyles and Lookbook.nu, which has a reach of 2 million users and 5-8 million monthly visitors, and has also collaborated with big name brands.
