We admit it, we love automation. It allows us to spend our precious human hours on things like planning exhibitions and doing member portfolio reviews. So we use software to manage our memberships. That’s why you get automated emails when your membership is about to renew, or when a payment method fails. It saves us so much time! But we’ve found that for technical reasons, it only works properly when set to auto-renew.
There’s no way to opt out of automatic renewals, but you can effectively pause your membership by logging on to the website and cancelling your membership on the renewal date.
